Jenni took her first Lindy Hop lesson in September 2004 in
Colorado Springs. She quickly found her passion in Blues
and spends her dance time fostering Smooth Lindy, Blues,
and Ballrooming. When time permits she enjoys traveling to
workshops learning from talented and accomplished instructors
at both the local and national level. She has had the
opportunity to travel to several dance scenes including Munich
Germany, Honolulu HI, St Louis MO, Dallas TX, and Orange County CA.
In the past Jenni has dabbled in Argentine Tango, and Hula. Though
vastly different she enjoys integrating all aspects of dance into
Lindy thus creating a style that is both animated and easy-going.
When she's not dancing Jenni enjoys rock-climbing and training to
be the next Iron Chef.
Her advice for anyone starting out in dance is to remember: "The most
important thing when dancing is not to take yourself too seriously.
You wouldn't want to miss the fun."
